My bespoke design process begins with truly getting to know you — your story, your style, and how you want your wedding to feel.
From there, I curate a personalised design concept that reflects your vision with elegance, meaning, and intention. Every element — from colour palettes and floral styling to lighting, tablescapes, and textures — is carefully considered to create a seamless aesthetic that feels uniquely yours.
I then hand-select a team of trusted, high-calibre suppliers whose work not only meets my exacting standards but aligns perfectly with your brief. Together, we craft a celebration that exceeds expectations — immersive, beautiful, and unforgettable in every way.

Finding your dream venue
Sourcing reputable suppliers with portfolios to match your brief
Contract negotiation/review
Venue and supplier liaison
Financial planning and budget management
Management of guest communications to include, but not limited to, RSVPs, gifts, dietary requirements, and local accommodation sourcing
Creating a comprehensive Running Schedule, which will be issued to all suppliers to ensure everything is perfectly aligned
Regular catch-up meetings
Advice and support at your disposal
Assistance with venue and table decoration
Overseeing the design and set-up
Full assistance to the couple on the day and attendance from the first scheduled activity on the timeline and logistics plan, to the last scheduled activity, and everything in between to ensure your wedding day runs as planned.
Investment is 10% of the total budget (a minimum fee applies).

Is it normal to hire a wedding planner?
Hiring a planner is now a popular choice as we lead busy lives and planning a wedding is a very large task to undertake (often 250 hours, and more, to plan). There are many advantages to hiring a planner.

I have already started planning, is it too late to hire a planner?
It is never too late to ask for help! There are tailored packages of support available for whatever stage you are at. Even if you have a few months left before your big day.

How much does a wedding planner cost?
Weddings are expensive but having a planner ensures that no stone is left unturned, and your day is seamlessly planned. Wedding planners tend to charge between 10-15% with a minimum fee.

Will I loose control of my wedding if I hire a planner?
Absolutely not. When your big day arrives, it should feel like it belongs to you. Throughout the planning process I guide you, share advice with you and support you.
