On-the-day Coordination & Management

This service is focused on ensuring that everything runs smoothly on the wedding day. Timelines will be finalised, suppliers will be communicated with, and the flow of the events will be managed, along with any last-minute issues that may arise on the day.

This will allow a couple and their loved ones to relax and enjoy the celebrations.

A dedicated professional wedding planner there for you on the day.

A catch-up over coffee, or even better, a venue visit, would be a great way to kick things off, as we discuss the vision you have, and I can fully understand how your day will run. I would coordinate with all suppliers to ensure that everything is perfectly aligned and be there from the first scheduled activity on the timeline and logistics plan to ensure your wedding runs as planned.

Questions about the on-the-day planning service?

  • Do I need a planner on the day?

If you are worried about how the day will run and who will be the main point of contact then yes, hiring a professional wedding planner will be one of the best decisions you make. There are many advantages.

  • I am having a small wedding, should I consider a planner?

Regardless of the size of your wedding, on-the-day management still needs to happen. So, the question is by who? A close family member or a professional planner?

  • How much does a wedding planner charge?

Weddings are expensive but having an on-the-day coordinator is great value for money and ensures your day runs smoothly, as planned! On-the-day fees tend to range between £1,000 and £1,500.

  • If my venue comes with a coordinator, do I still need a planner?

A venue coordinator is an employee of the venue whereas a wedding planner will work solely on behalf of the couple and has a much deeper involvement. There are many differences.
